As a follow up to my last post I have done some research into the legalities of the current CTP situation !
My current thoughts are that it is all too easy to fall into a situation where one thinks that HC forum is a CTP Shareholders Forum!
Indeed it is not but a public forum and so lots of information relevant to the current dispute over the Board and JH cannot be published here. .
I.E. My request for more information on the proposed new Directors cannot be published on a PUBLIC Forum but is information which can and will
Be made available to legitimate holders of shares before or during the EGM. So all shareholders will then have all the info to make sensible
Decisions for the future of the company.
HC is not the way these decisions will
Be made!
I am still of the opinion that the
Nickpicking hostile reaction of the current Board proves they are worried about their position otherwise they would accept the 249 and confidently justify their position including
The sacking of JH thus saving us SH the expense and agony of a protracted Lawyer led delay to the EGM to sort out the mess
