Rejection of Vote against Take over offer

    My original vote lodged with Computer Investor Services, nominated the Chairman of the meeting on April 8 as my proxy, and then I advised my proxy to vote against the Take over Offer. On Friday 12 April I received notice that my rejection was not accepted. I will be contacting Computershare on Monday to seek an explanation, and additionally seeking legal advice as to why it is not possible to reject the take over offer.
