IMO do not expect MPA signed in the foreseeable future based on today's ann in regards to Feasibility study for Commercial Demonstration Coldry Plant in LV.

With ECT's performance to date especially with respect to timeframe, the Feasibility Study, building and demonstration of the plant could be months if not more than a year away IMO.

By then Indian Federal Election could be up in 2019.
