I'm not sure how the HECS system works now. Is it a loan for the whole cost of a degree or a percentage? And does the percentage apply equally to all degrees? I know some people never repay the loan because of the income threshold.
If these changes go through I know it will be a bonus for my grandson who is full on STEM.
