Staring hard into the night
Wishing I'd never had that very last big punt on you.
I read the news of your return to Promised Land
Saville wants so much to prove his deep love for you
Even when push comes to shove.

I’m not really sure if there is any point in your resurrection
But time will tell. Speaking of time.

Time and time again when you were still alive
I found you red as baboon’s sexy bottom on my screen.
Baby it was so hard to see you that red day after day after day
But Loved your total predictability of going only in one direction

Didn’t want to realize something was badly wrong.
Because my deep love for you blinded me of all logical thinking

Wanting so much to get closer to you
I gladly parted with so much of my money and forgot all about it
Not knowing what Saville was planning for you.
I decided to have my very last minute punt on you
Just to prove to you that my love for you was unconditional.

To ease the pain of your total demise I pass you on to Saville
