    I thought 123 already covered this, A spouse of a directors daughter is not counted as a related party BD.

    "CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 228
    Related parties
    Controlling entities

    Directors and their spouses
    (2) The following persons are related parties of a public company:
    (a) directors of the public company;
    (b) directors (if any) of an entity that controls the public company;
    (d) spouses and de facto spouses of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a),(b) and (c).

    Relatives of directors and spouses
    (3) The following relatives of persons referred to in subsection (2) are related parties of the public company:
    (a) parents;
    (b) children

    Looks like "in laws" are not included as related party., esecially for Teflon CEO's"

    What RAKS was interested in, was what 'consulting' did Marcus do for CVI to earn a million options. For that I'm not sure, but a google search on Australian websites tells me there is a Marcus Locke working as a senior Mining By-products Engineer for Iluka Resources. May be a clue perhaps?
