I don't know about, perhaps depends by your country, because in my country this kind of loans don't even exist. What's the logic for the banks to grant money that won't receive back? If death is close, you shouldn't even think about loans. If death is far away, apply for a shorter term loan, which you'll be able to return before you'll die. Imagine that old people will start loaning money, millions, and after their death it's all forgiven.
I'm over my 60s and I'm still able to work. Last year I took a loan from Mpowa to help my son build his house. It's for 5 years. I suppose that I'll still be able to work and return the money after 4 years.
