I have been reviewing Acclaim Exploration's related party transactions. Does anybody know the answer to the following questions:
1. Was the $120,000 deposit paid to Arturus in Q3 2009 ever repaid?
2. Why did Acclaim Exploration borrow funds from Eldore only to pass the money to Modena?
3. Why does it show that in Q4 2010 Acclaim Exploration lent $1,126,000 to another entity but Modena only recorded $54,000? The loan to other entity balance in the half yearly statement (AEX) indicates the money went to Modena.
4. If Modena's refundable option fee of $1,508,000 was repaid during Q3 2010, why is this not reflected in the cash flow statement?
