i also see directors with their hands in the cookie jar relating to zylotech having transactions with companies they have an financial interest in. maybe thats where they are upbeat about their prospects.

There were no options to acquire shares in the company at 30 June 2008, nor were there any transactions in relation to options during the period.

The Parent Entity paid consultancy fees and/or allowance of $233,268 (2007: 6 months $134,799) to Holiward Pty Ltd, a company in which Mr. Nick Sikiotis has a financial interest. In addition,purchases of inventory amounting to $89,883 (2007: 6 months $45,087) were made from WNA
Systems Pty Ltd, a company in which Mr. N. Sikiotis has an indirect financial interest. The services and purchases were charged at commercial rates.
The Parent Entity paid consultancy fees of $16,500 (2007: 6 months $46,800**) to Dinsdale & Associates, a company in which Mr Julian Dinsdale has a financial interest and in addition,directors fees of $18,667 (2007: 6 months $9,722) were paid to Dinsdale Superannuation Fund for Mr Julian Dinsdale.
The Parent Entity paid consultancy fees of $122,285 (2007: 6 months $36,000) to John Wayland Pty Ltd, a company in which Mr. John Wayland has a financial interest.
