Here is a conspiracy theory for you all.

Lets say they announced that they were not going to wind up the company or distribute money to shareholders knowing that this would have a dramatic effect on the shareprrice(which it did).

Then lets say that CFE commences buying as many shares as they can in IGC (without having and effect on the shareprice moving up). (having already purchased a large sum just recently)

Then lets say that they make an announcement (after obtaining their fill) and it goes something like this: "Having considered the original announcement and the negative publicity already received from the shareholders (and the likelihood of the sale being defeated at an EGM), IGC have decided that it is in the best interest of the shareholders to wind up the company and distribute the money to shareholders".

Then CFE would make a quick 90% profit from the purchase of shares, and the only people that will miss out are the shareholders that have recently sold.

Note: These are just general thoughts from a long term, dissapointed shareholder wondering which way this company will go...

    Cheers.
