I've got to agree with your theory, as this line of thought has been posted before (think it was SelfSell) and he seems to have ready access to info on TS and his motivation.
C'mon Tony, do the right thing by your S/H's and wind up the company and pay out long suffering share holders who were in belief of the spin that our shares were going to be bought out by NKP ! After all, that's what you were telling us all publically and in private ! Peter Landau also told that line to S/H's at the Nov AGM.
It's the right thing to do ...
