Relationship between ASX TB8 and NASDAQ CGWB

In a TB8 advertisement online video, I found NASDAQ stock code: CGWB (China Gewang Biotechnology, Inc.) was shown on the wall at the reception of Tianmei Beverage Group. Just on top of GUANGDONG TIANMEI CELENIUM-RICH BEVERAGE Co. (aka Tianmei Beverage Group).
This might indicates Tianmei is just a brand of  GEWANG
