which provides firm evidence of WDLAC views on the ILUA
which means the registration is a given.Given the heritage
survey the the Section 18 is also a given.


"Reward Minerals Limited (Reward)
From July 2011, a series of intensive negotiation meetings
were held with Reward on its proposed potash project at
Lake Disappointment.
I am pleased to confirm that on 20 December 2011, at
a Special General Meeting held in Parnngurr, the Martu
People endorsed an ILUA/Mining Agreement which, when
implemented, will bring a wide range of compensation
benefits to the Martu community. These benefits include:
a. Royalty payments;
b. Lore and Culture payments;
c. a package of share options;
d. a Martu nominee on Reward’s Board;
e. employment and training;
f. business development for Martu businesses; and
g. guaranteed preferential contracting.
An extensive heritage survey was also carried out in April
2012. The Agreement is considered to be an excellent
result for Martu People."
