Jdvictoria, you seem to be forgetting the cost of co2 and the discount applied to raisings. so it might be a case of issueing 120mill new shares at current prices.At current shareprice no broker would underwrite a placement of that size anyway. Hopefully the share price would be higher at that point and then there would be the potential to do a JV/debt/equity raising all combined or any combination of those 3. I think the market would react better to a JV as it would show that other companies could see the potential that ELK sees.
