Just noticed PSA has bought producing assets 33bcfe for $110 mil. Will produce approx $230mil gross revenue.
Elk not producing $25mill potential gross revenue $1.6billion. Current S/P allows a discount of approx 96% for the fact Elk is not yet producing, comparative to this acquisition, plenty of upside.
