It's about funding. RMP is well overvalued now IMO and there's been nothing to justify the rise from 26c up to the high 30's.

Put simply, RRL have $40m in the bank from the drawdown+cash already there before the drawdown. Lots of cash from option conversions coming up too. Sink a few more wells in Texas and we'll have a steady cash flow coming from there too. If we use the money we have to increase our percentage of Trinidad we'll have good cash flow from there as well.

In short, we'll be turning a profit of several million a year soon. That finances the Georgia campaign indefinitely, so long as the wells continue to flow. Even if we hit a few early dusters before figuring out exactly where to drill, the exploration would still continue, funded by our other projects, meaning that while the share price might rocket up and down, the core business model will remain in tact, and even if it took a couple of years to find oil, we'd still essentially be fine (just we'd have to wait longer before cracking out the champagne).

But what happens to RMP if oil isn't found early? That's right, bankrupcy or dilution, as they don't have the cash flow to fund their exploration projects.

RMP is essentially a bet that oil will be found early. It's for those people who want the chance of a large return on their investment, that will also come quickly- but the downside is that by the end of the year RMP could be dead and buried on a couple of bad results.

IMO, RRL is an investment- based on the idea that we will find oil at some point in Georgia. RMP is a gamble that we will find not only find oil, but we will find it quickly. It's akin to going down the casino and sticking all your money on black- either you're gonna make a big return quickly, or you're gonna lose it all just as quickly.

RMP is well overvalued for what is essentially a punt on 3 wells IMO. RRL can drill wells indefinitely for as long as Texas and Trinidad turn us profits, which with the successful fraccing looks to be happening sooner rather than later,.
