TAS has been doing OK this week. General trend is to get a better relative value. This means it is time to review the ratios for a trade. After a lot of thought and calculation I have decided that the current range 1.2 to 1 and 1.3 to 1 will stay for me at the moment.
While TAS is below 1.2 I will still favour EDE but over 1.3 I will favour TAS. I may not do many trades for now but would rather stay where I am, heavy in EDE and light with TAS.
A deciding factor is market cap and liquidity. TAS has no chance of getting into the ASX 300 while with EDE it is only a matter of time with the ASX 200 a reasonable possibility. This alone will make EDE more attractive to many investors.
I'm often wrong so follow me at your own risk.
