His advice was to Kevin who is after a dream to make half a mill out of CNP because hes already in financial strife, cant build on his land, having trouble with interest payments and put 35k into CNP. Whichever way you look at CNP, it is a risk. I also told kevin maybe his 35k should be used to service his loan cos, if CNP dives, hell lose his land as well.

Im not downramping CNP for having said that either before you all start.

And I guess ill be told thats outrageous advice also but hey, life is all about opposing opinions.
