My thoughts are similar hopefulone. We will not need to sell concentrate to china.
My thoughts are extra reporting and compliancy requirements, maybe a larger good behaviour bond, etc.
I don't believe there will be anything that will delay the plant's opening. Remember too, that even if there are recommended changes, we will have 3 or so months to rectify!
