So in typical non-action fashion, Manila is murmuring comments like the courts can over-ride it, and we've got plenty of time to deal with it.

I sure hope SMI is making some friends on the board of the South Cotabato Provincial Government. But as readers are probably aware, for my mind the ban is just a symptom of the opposition, not inherently the main opposition itself.
