I guess they will keep quiet until the last day of the month, and then state that approval is due any day soon (unless it comes through before).

The last week of June or the second week of July doesn't really make a difference in the long term play.

Their failing was to assume that the EU was efficent. A lot of people assume that, until they go to France, Italy or Greece. If the Germans, Swiss or Austrians were running the show it would be a different matter!!!
