Lets not try put a positive spin on this one - most will agree that Gesaf saved TEE from going under. SP was at 1c, TEE were running in the red, and had only a few months left before their entire cash stack was gone.

Gesaf now appear to be out of the picture and as Mowbray has pointed out TEE have failed to let the market know anything relating to ongoings for the past 2-3 months - the only reason we know is b/c the Annual Report was due otherwise we would all still be in the dark. This is completely unacceptable and an outright disgrace - has to be a chance for some kind of shareholder law-suit here ala Aristocrat. I doubt there are many investors out there who have any confidence with the current senior management who appear to be in it for themselves.
