Its being pushed down on pretty low volume. Watch the big drops and then watch the buyers come in and snap up the bargains. TIS can be subject to big swings because the liquidity/shares on offer/shares offered is not very high.
Great if you can watch it like a hawk! Imagine picking up some at 53 cents this morning, you'd be on a 10% profit already.
