Sign! Pre Kobe earthquake event, the PEN SP upward movement would have moved as fast as my house water meter (high usage), with the outstanding Karoo Ann today. Unfortunately it is not the case. As at 10:27, the buyers to seller ratio remains low even with the Karoo Ann.
Institutions are not even biting at this stage! Half glass full, the day is still young!
