i think these same words were used when PDN were at 3 cents themselves not to long ago.
I still cant see any reason why EXT cant take a similar path espeacialy when/if new ground is given to them.
If your out fine.But imo if they have a good grade and good amount then you will have to pay a minimum 20 cents for your next purchase at the very least.
