    The only problem I have with that and it’s a little thing is that this is going to be the only viable large project. That is untrue by simple virtue of supply and demand. If no new project (except CLA) comes online from a junior (ARL,CLQ,KRC,GAL,BAR,CNJ,AUZ, and others) then cobalt will skyrocket and they will come online as prices go up. So some projects from juniors will succeed because simply without them we can’t feed the hungry cobalt deprived car manufacturers.
