Guys and girls. Hold your horses. Think of it this way, if they announce the rates now id say that at least half would take up the SPP. They want to release the result after the SPP is closed. The SPP money is just something extra so that they can drill more regularly and possibly quicker. The longer they hold the better for us i say. Announce it Friday in the morning once SPP is closed and watch the band wagon begin.
