hotcopr, we understand this... but the reason, as it was put in an email was a gift to AKK shareholders - and to assist the company in future activities obviously
now i do understand we are at 7c arbitrage to spp price.. ie 7c gift but its not that attractive without definitive information
ie if they released the info any day up to today we would have had enough time to digest info and make a decision on participation
everyone is waiting for that information not just those who are eligible for the spp!
