The Eastlink road is a tremendous piece of infrastructure. I regularly drive from the city to Frankston it used to take an hour plus it now takes half an hour. Not one light from the city to Frankston. The biggest concern on this route is the South eastern Freeway it is shocking and for this route it is the main feed for city traffic. Once the roadworks on this are completed it will make the trip from the city to peninsula a breeze and usage should increase consistently over the time.
