it surprises me that the management of AEZ are so quite, why arnt they out trying to improve the share price?
i bet APD is still getting its management fees in cash while us investors dont get our divs any more!!!
APD should reduce its managment fee to be inline with the market cap rather than gross assets, then i bet they would pull their finger out and do something about the price.
