I think management needs to announce a CR asap along with a positive announcement. I'm still thinking a farm in is best scenario along with a CR. But however you look at it, it's a bit of a mess. This might drag on like this for another few months but as every day passes, cash remaining becomes more an issue.
i they did a 5c CR who would participate? Could they issue more than 20%? Or does it just become a death spiral? Do shareholders need to band together and force change?
im grappling with this ATM, because good investment should have:
low or no debt
good management
cash on hand and low outlook for pending CR
How can BML tick those boxes in the medium term? Clearly management needs to change.
