I sent an email to Crossmark earlier this week asking when we can expect Thermalife to be available and have just now received a reply. According to them, it looks like Thermalife will be on shelves late April:

Yes CROSSMARK will be representing Thermalife in the market. Right now we are just finalizing the presentation to the pharmaceutical wholesalers who need to agree to ranging the product before our sales team can actively sell into pharmacies. I anticipate this process taking approximately another month and all going well product should be on shelf late April.

Should your pharmacy not have the product on shelf by this time please go in and ask for it by name.
