dauphin, I don't doubt what you said, but I'm sure Crossmark is getting sick of individuals calling to try to see when the product will be available, there is some kind of insight information if they give the same answer to everyone.
In my case, I did not contact Crossmark, a major Chemist did and I don't think they would lie to a potential customer. IMHO
