As to soy prices before careful as it seems to be due to farmers swicthing from corn as prices move in each sector. Soy doesnt need the fertilser that corn does so it was more profitable to plant soy only to see corn prices go up as supply fell and ethanol usage increased. so the fall may be temporary.

Also be careful of the cornell debt - could an 'exploding' convertaible note. Did it at NWT/MUL. Another reason i got out was when AAE announced Cornells involvement.
