Just come through on EHH website.................release of 2019 Financial Reports....(audited?). Also, reference is made to the release shortly of the 2020 figures, together with the expectation of an AGM.
The Financial Reports indicate that the auditors were paid for the 2019 year, but the Auditors Report itself, whilst in existence, was not signed, nor any indication of who, if anyone, conducted it!!
The figures for 2019 show a significant decline in the fortunes of the company, and a substantial impact from Covid is to be expected in 2020. The 2020 Financial Report should make for interesting reading!!
The best one can say of this latest news is that atleast we are still in existence. But whether the shares are worth anything is anyone's guess.
