I was just having a read of the company update of 18 March.
In the technology update it states "MHM/Alreco are
not willing to give a personal release to Mr Rogers as he is the former Managing Director of MHM".
Can anyone explain to me, in laymans terms, why this is a sticking point as a release from all claims, and important for the individual rather than the company to be released?
What impact does the release of all claims have on the status of the partially processed/stockpiled material - already paid for by Alcoa?
