It seems the DFS release is now a certainty for Monday.
Surely management cant hold back now with a 15% jump today. If they were to delay until early July, there would be a possibility that Nucore would have to pay close to or more than 100% premium of yesterdays opening price and I dont think PEN would do this to them.
Last year when PALA came onboard, the Trading Halt for the placement came straight after the SP went higher than the placement price of 7.5c. The placement price was supposed to have been a premium but the market stuffed their plans up.
I think the sp of today will stuff up their plans again and force them to have the DFS ready by Monday morning.
It seems the DFS release is now a certainty for Monday. Surely...
