Reichman, as per my post to Hangseng . . . . .I did not buy any PEN, and have no intention of buying them again.
The seismic information was sent to me by a friend in the States . . . . . . it is way to risky a proposition with that sword hanging over the project . . . .for me.
I am not saying the project won't get off the ground . . . . . "Murph's Law" i think they call it.
