    In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, I advise that 158,813,332 fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from escrow. Application to the ASX for quotation of the fully paid ordinary shares will be made in accordance with Listing Rule 2.8.2. Yours sincerely
