Isnt the reason that directors DONT reply in writing is that they can be accountable for it!!!!!!
Thus you use the phone.....if its recorded....you need legal permission to use it in a court etc (i suppose, bit of speculation here)and if you do tape it you must declare like the banks do.....This is being recored.
