I have spoken to Ian a few times, chatted face to face too - he even remembered my name on the last occation. But every time i email i get nothing back. probably 3-4 emails are unanswered - so i just jump on the blower and talk directly to him - I have always got through on the phone.

Perhaps it is worth ringing?

BTW, i dont hold many TRF in the scheme of things, but they form a large part of my portfolio - so I dont think he discriminates between holding sizes.
