Our taxes and internal costs mean we can't export because we aren't competitive.
But ask people on handouts or with over paid public service jobs to take a reduction and they will vote out the government and install another one with a handout mentality. The lazy have a vote and they control (or pervert) democracy.
Pay your taxes and keep trying or give up and take the handouts. Aastralians want to share the money, but not the work.
Inevitably this will end in tears but it sure has lasted a long while.
