I know I'm starting to sound like a right cynic but this is totally unacceptable. They must have known their requirements under the JV agreement to keep the 60% and they must have known the JV partner was not a happy camper but they still sat on their backsides. They not only, as Chinkiat pointed out, have made us the worst performing stock in the Degrussa tenements despite having arguably the best tenements, but they have put at risk THX's right to Red Bore plus the loss of all exploration costs spent there to date.

Saying they are incompetent is a compliment to them.
