jwoody 1000 The license could go for 30 years once activated. I don't have that information. The 1 to 3 years is the time required to fill a supertanker by truck tankers. The Amistad pipeline has a flow capacity of about 180.000 b/d through a 21" pipe or 700 truck load a day. The onsite gravity feed tank looks like a 6" pipe. DYOR
