Maybe he wrote it with a jab at the company, so that today and tomorrow he and his mates can load up knowing this could be the last chance to get on board under 7 cents.
He obviously has been keeping an eye on MAY for awhile, so he must know this is close to exploding upwards in share price with big announcements around the corner.
