I think that if the oil zones are compartmentalised and sealed (ie different pressures) then May and McD's won't have an accurate idea of total oil in place until they can put some horizontal completions in place. The compartments are still likely to be large though and the risk of them not being connected reduces with the increased depth and pressure. Hopefully A3 will be lightish sweet crude which on its own may be enough to kick off larger scale production and cashflow generation. A couple of very interesting months ahead I think.
