They have until COB today according to the terms of the last extension but all through january they expected a deal to be done and they also said back in december that the current extension would allow them to look at asset sales. Now the talk is that any extension might only be for another month - not much time to restructure debt and sell down assets. I think it is very bad that they haven't announced an extension yet and I have the sneaking feeling that if one is announced the terms will be even less favourable than expected.
