That is correct, but a lot of existing holders are likely participants in the Placement, so they can sell "old" shares and replace them with cheaper new shares.
In my experience, most shares weaken to or close to the Placement price for this reason after the deal is complete, so this seems to be holding up pretty well.
The next news items should be positive for the business, so we wait in anticipation for the gas processing deal and the definitive drill timetable for Cervantes.
