I am an erg fan, but I'm not sure of your reasoning behind the comment that Washington will facilitate Sydney! They are quite separate contracts.
I think the NSW Govt wants to make sure that ERG can meet it's commitment to the contract before awarding it. I thereofre think it imperative that the company restructure it's balance sheet by converting debt to equity.
