I could quote 10 stks which have tanked and stayed down. What happened with BP, VW etc.... in fact with any other stk except perhaps a peer like TPM is irrelevant. NBN is the cause of telco collapse. Mkt badly misread its implications. So VOC is a buy/hold/sell dependent on what earnings firm can generate going fwd. There are a wide range of opinions from analysts with MS esp confident. I think we won't have clarity until the AGM and even then forecasting what will happen during FY17 is difficult. I've bought coz i reckon SP is worth around $7.10-7.20 i.e. 25% higher than current SP.
